Kung Fu is a modern form of our ancient art, Kalari. The art teaches us how to control our emotions and bring balance to our body and mind. It includes human and animal forms, fighting techniques, 64 types of weapons, gymnastics, yoga asanas, etc.

At Golden Eagle Martial Arts School, we offer a rich curriculum that includes both External and Internal styles of Kung Fu. Our External Kung Fu training covers techniques from White to Black Belts, focusing on powerful strikes, dynamic forms, and practical combat skills. Internal Kung Fu, available to advanced practitioners above Black Belts, emphasizes internal energy cultivation, fluid movements, and profound mental focus.

Here we teach two types of Kung Fu based on :

  • External Kung Fu (from White to Black Belts)
  • Internal Kung Fu (above Black Belts)
